Absolutely loved this book. Full size templates included for the animals, their clothes and accessories, with detailed step by step photos and instructions. The animals are very cute, small enough to fit in little pockets and could very easily be made into keyrings & bag charms, or Christmas tree trims by using seasonal colours or embellishments. Templates could easily be enlarged if a larger toy was preferred. Personally I feel the size of these little animals are very much part of their charm. If you have read and enjoyed any of Corinne Lapierre's previous books you would definitely love this. If you haven't, this would be a perfect introduction.

The added templates at the back of the book are great also. If you're new to sewing don't let that put you off because the stitches are really simple. I'm excited to get started.

I have been looking forward to this book and was not disappointed. It is full of detailed instructions how to make each of the animals, including their clothes and accessories. There are plenty of photographs showing how to make each one. Full size patterns included in the book. As usual, Corinne has written a delightful book that anyone can use to make delightful felt animals.

Felt Animal Families is full of cute creatures to make from felt. The patterns are easy to follow with great illustrations. A good book for young and old. I especially like the rabbit family with their picnic. I look forward to making these delightful little friends.
